hello all

i just thought i would drop by here to say hello. i have been talking to a loy of people on yahoo messenger and also playing yahoo pool and gin. i have played some games on pogo also. seems to be when you play with some one young and you start to win they like to swear at you and call you a jerk. these youngsters need to grow up. i don't know where they got their training from but they need a few more lessons.
well in february i will be 62. that time sure went by fast .my wife and i had to go to social security to get that started. there sure was a lot of people there. we actually applied online for our benefits and then we went over to the place to show them our birth certificates. it is a wonder i still had mine. when you go there you have to take a number and then go sit down with a hundred other people. my wife and i each took a number and she went before me. she came back and said the lady that saw her was hateful. she acted as if my wife hadn't paid in to social security and was asking for some thing for free or maybe she just didn't want to be bothered. when my number was called we both went and the woman that saw us was real nice. it doesn't hurt to be nice and it makes the day go by much easier.
well in a couple of months we will be getting some money from the government. it will not be much but it will help a lot. i wonder if my children will be able to get social security. it may not even be available by then. i worked for the county on my last job so i got a small pension and we have been living on it for the last 5 years. does your company have a pension plan? i always heard every one saying you should save money but i never seemed to have any extra to save. its a good thing they took social security out of my check before i got my hands on it or i would have nothing now that i am about to be 62.
