HELLO AGAIN
i decided that every time i went from one room of my house in to another i would do 10 repetitions of some kind of exercise. maybe i will just stand with my arms down near my side and lift them over my head ten times while i am here in the computer room. if i go to one of the bathrooms i may spred my arms out and rotate them in a circle. go to the kitchen and lift a detergent bottle up 10 times. go to the bedroom and lay down and lift my leg up off the bed 10 times. i will make it up as i go. i won't have to join a club and that will save money. if your home all day one day this week count how many times you go from one room to another over the course of a full day, it is probably a lot. i might try this for a month and see how i feel . it has to help some. if i do good i might increase it to 15 times in each room i go to. you never know i may start a craze. i might have to get walker and the bond girls to do this. we will start our own club. maybe more will join and word will get out and it might get on the news. we could end up being famous and have our own show. o.k., sorry. i am rambling again. that's what i do. now i do that and exercise. let us see how long this last. it is better than going on a diet. that never seems to work for me. i love food to much.
