the word verification thing.

i installed the word verification on my comments section and it seems like i got rid of the spammers but i have not had as many comments. i wonder if it is because people have to go through that extra step or maybe they are just busy. i am worth the trouble aren't i?
well after i wrote this i thought i would turn off the verification thing and see what happens. i may have to turn it back on again if the spammers come back. while it is off please tell me if you visited my site while it was on and decided not to comment because it was on.
